Do I pay extra for emails, SMS, ad spend?
Yes. Channel delivery, AI inference, and authorised ad spend are pass-through costs billed at cost plus a 20% margin. Every line item is itemised on your invoice — nothing is buried.
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What currencies do you invoice in?
AED by default for UAE customers, USD by default for everyone else. We can invoice in EUR, GBP, INR, KES, and SGD by arrangement. The currency is set on the Order Form.
Is there a free trial of paid tiers?
Starter and Growth are self-serve with a credit card; you can cancel inside the first 14 days for a full refund. Enterprise is talk-to-sales — we typically run a 30-day proof of value first.
What happens at 5,001 contacts on Starter?
Soft warning at 4,500. Hard ceiling at 5,000 — new contacts are queued until you upgrade. We do not auto-charge an overage fee; you stay in control of the tier change.
Where does my data live?
Default region is EU (Stockholm, with Ireland backup). Enterprise customers can pin to UAE, India, or a Sovereign on-prem deployment. See /legal/regions for the current list.
